Somewhere in Bandar Tun Razak (elsewhere in Malaysia too). What does that tell you about the people that lives there ? Sadly, even in high end neighbourhoods this is happening. So, do we still get angry when people tell us Malaysians are a bunch of third worlders (is there such a word ?) living in first world (yeah, right) facilities ?
